Terms of Service

These Terms govern all work delivered by Lead Labs. By engaging with us (proposal, email, or contract), you agree to these terms.

• Each project is defined in writing (proposal, email, or contract) before work begins.
• Any work outside the agreed scope may affect timeline and cost.
• We do not proceed with additional work without alignment.

Payment structure (upfront, staged, or monthly) is agreed before work begins.

• Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe.
• Work may pause if payments are delayed.
• Access to final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received.

Due to the custom nature of our work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.

• If a project is cancelled, work completed up to that point will be invoiced.
• For staged projects, each stage is treated independently.

Timelines depend on scope and responsiveness.

• Delays caused by missing feedback, content, or approvals are not our responsibility.
• We communicate progress and updates throughout the project.

By engaging Lead Labs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information, materials, and timely feedback.
• Approve milestones when required.
• Delays in communication may impact delivery timelines.

• Revisions are included as defined in the agreed scope.
• Additional revisions or scope changes may be billed separately.

• Upon full payment, all final deliverables — including code, design, and agreed assets — are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Lead Labs retains ownership of any pre-existing materials, frameworks, or tools used in the process.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Projects may include third-party tools or services (e.g. hosting, analytics, integrations).

• These may be subject to separate terms and are not controlled by Lead Labs.
• We are not responsible for outages or changes from third-party providers.

Lead Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business outcomes, revenue, or performance results.

While we design and build with performance in mind, results may vary depending on external factors such as traffic, market conditions, user behavior, and third-party platforms.

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

• Work completed up to termination must be paid.
• Access to deliverables is provided once outstanding balances are settled.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, based on our operating entity.
