Common questions

Who can submit a referral?
Anyone. You don't need to be a client, agency, freelancer, salesperson, or technical expert. If you know a business that may need Lead Labs, you can submit the opportunity.
Do I need to know exactly what service they need?
No. A rough signal is enough. You can tell us if their website feels outdated, if their enquiry flow is weak, if they need more leads, or simply that they may benefit from a review.
How long does my referral stay active?
Referrals are valid for 90 days from submission. If the contact converts within that window, you earn the agreed commission.
What if the client was already in our pipeline?
If Lead Labs had prior contact with the referred business before your submission, the commission may not apply. We'll let you know upfront if that's the case.
How do payment and future projects work?
We pay by bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise within 5 working days after the referred client's payment reaches the Lead Labs account. For simple referrals, commission normally applies to the first agreed project. For warm introductions or active partner referrals, future project commission can be agreed before the opportunity progresses.
